Results: which dog are you?
Mostly A: the Aidi, guardian of the Atlas
A Moroccan breed recognised by the Fédération Cynologique Internationale since 1966, the Aidi has accompanied Atlas shepherds for centuries, protecting tents and flocks. Loyal, hardy and very wary of strangers, it needs space and a present owner. Not made for a small flat.
Mostly B: the Sloughi, the elegant athlete
A North African sighthound for which Morocco is the reference country at the FCI, the Sloughi is a sprinter, calm and discreet at home, but it needs real runs on safe ground. Sensitive, it prefers gentleness to authority.
Mostly C: the labrador, the family friend
Sociable, patient with children, greedy: an ideal family dog, as long as it gets exercise and its weight is watched.
Mostly D: the poodle, the clever city dweller
Very intelligent, easy to train and shedding little, it adapts well to a flat if it goes out several times a day and its mind is kept busy.
Mostly E: the adopted beldi dog, the resilient one
Mixed-breed, often robust and full of character, the shelter beldi dog adapts to almost anything. It is also the profile that needs you most.

Does the quiz replace a well-thought-out choice?
No, it's a game. Before adopting, talk to a vet or a shelter: they know each dog's character.
